Industria @ 24 urenloop 2024

Beste Industrianen!
Het is weer zover, de 24 urenloop is weer daar! Ook dit jaar strijden we weer tegen het Hoog Medisch Verbond voor onze 5e plaats. Niet enkel gaan we voor die 5e plaats, maar samen gaan we voor die duizend rondjes! Dus kom ons zeker helpen.
Loper of supporter, Industria heeft jou nodig op de 24 urenloop!

Wat is de 24-urenloop? Dit is een jaarlijks evenement dat plaatsvindt bij het sportcentrum van de universiteit in Arenberg. De studenten van elke faculteit rennen 24 uur lang tegen elkaar. Elke student kan een ronde van 530 meter (of meerdere!) lopen rond de loopbaan, waarna de fakkel wordt doorgegeven aan de volgende persoon. Wanneer de 24 uur verstreken zijn, wint de faculteit met de meeste rondes!

Het evenement begint op dinsdag 22 oktober om 20:00 en duurt tot de volgende dag op hetzelfde tijdstip. Drankjes en extra lekkernijen zijn beschikbaar. Je kunt ook gewoon komen om de lopers aan te moedigen!

It’s time again, the 24 hour run is back! This year we are competing again against Hoog Medisch Verbond for our 5th place. Not only are we fighting for that 5th place, but together we are going for those thousand laps! So be sure to come and help us.
Runner or supporter, Industria needs you for the 24 hour run!

Now what is the 24 hour run? This is a yearly event taking place at the university sport center in Arenberg. The students of each faculty run against each other for 24 hours. Every student is able to run a 530m lap (or multiple!) on the circular track, then passing the torch to the next person. When the 24 hours have passed, the faculty with the most laps wins!

The event starts on Tuesday 22nd of October at 20:00 and lasts until the following day at the same timestamp. Drinks and extra goodies are available. You can also just come to cheer on the runners!
